Why they chose this property
When I walked into this house I knew this house would be perfect for relaxing , entertaining and making great memories. Recently renovated - new bathrooms , new fixtures , and furniture as of September 2019. Close to all of the best of Wellington has to offer. Restaurants , shopping, polo and equestrian events.
What makes this property unique
Short ride to the polo grounds. Property accommodates up to 8 plus cars . Yard has been fenced in plus a separate area gated around the pool area. Private Corner lot . Near by fishing. Plenty of relaxing outdoor space. Truly Florida Living at its best!
