Maisonette of 40m2, 2 bedrooms, not overlooked with tiled terrace and synthetic lawn.
In pedestrian residence, large communal swimming pool, paddling pool and private parking space.
Maisonette with 2 bedrooms:
1 on the ground floor with a double bed (140 cm) and a large closet.
1 mezzanine with 2 single beds and an umbrella bed
There is also a convertible sofa in the living room.

The terrace is fully fenced, quiet and not overlooked. One part is tiled, the other part is synthetic turf.
You have 2 sunbeds and an electric barbecue.

The pedestrian residence is very pleasant located on the heights of Saint Martin d'Ardèche. Access to housing is from the parking (50 meters with some steps ...)
The accommodation is ideally located at the entrance of the gorges of the Ardèche and close to bathing beaches and shops.

Résidence bien organisée proche du village, et emplacement du logement très agréable (orientée est sud est, intimité avec les voisins, piscine pas trop éloignée). Cependant une propreté laissant à désirer ( brosse à dents par terre, pansement usagé dans un tiroir, torchon usagé dans un tiroir, électroménager limite...) Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas et propriétaire qui veut nous faire réparer par téléphone !

Unsaubere Wohnung, Möbel. die schon in den 1970er Jahren unmodern waren, keine Klimaanlage, wie in benachbarten Ferienwohnungen, kein deutschsprachiges TV-Programme empfangbar, nur französischsprachige und -dafür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts- Heerscharen von Mücken im Haus. Wir haben 10 Tage gebucht, sind aber nach 5 Tagen wieder abgereist. Nie wieder!

Très agréable calme et convivial.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement confortable tout est bien juste un petit plus à envisager pour l'avenir une climatisation. Trop souffert devient chaleurvsurtout la nuit. Sinon pas d'autres points négatifs.
