Located between lake and ocean in a peaceful environment on a 1300 sqm property.

SWIMMING POOL UNDER RENOVATION:
The future infinite swimming pool (10.5m x 5m) will include a large chill area with low depth, a safety shutter integrated into the stairs and a small/large bath area, unheated.

This villa is overlooking a pine wood forest and a golf course. Renovated in 2019 with high quality materials and equipment and is composed with:

• 1 master bedroom with balcony and private bathroom.

• 1 suite with a private bathroom.

• 2 bedrooms facing the swimming pool.

• 1 bedroom with garden view.

• 1 separate bathroom and toilet.

• 1 spacious and very light living and kitchen area.

From the living room, you have direct access to the garden, barbecue area and the swimming pool through the terrasse. The large (10x5) swimming pool is not heated and is open from May to the end of September.

It is a great location to spend holidays with your family. Besides enjoying the garden with its swimming pool, Lacanau-Ocean offers plenty of activities (Golf, Horse riding, Beach, Cycling, Casino, Rope-park...).

Outstanding villa and pool, quiet location, nice property owner and manager

Top class villa, garden and infinity pool. Fully equipped, newly renovated and good location. Nice property owner, flexible and responsive. Property manager with service mindset and customer focus. Having been in Lacaneau five times before, this was the best villa we had so far. We will definitely book again in coming years.

Schöne Tage in Lacanau

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus fanden wir vor, wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Edouard und vor Ort mit Julie war reibungslos, auch kleine Fragen vor Ort wurden schnell und direkt gelöst. Top Angebot - vielen Dank nochmal.

Golfurlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in erster Reihe am Golfplatz.es wurde vor drei Jahren umfänglich renoviert. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern. Wir füllten uns sofort wie zuhause. Eigentümer und Verwalterin sehr nett und kompetent.

Perfect holiday villa

Wonderful pool and terrace with plenty of sun loungers and large table for outdoor dining. Kitchen dining sitting room area is very ample and bright with delightful views over pool and adjacent forest. Perfect social hub. Bathrooms all to a high standard but a few spare towels also for kitchen would have been useful :) Local bike hire (15 mins ride to shops, restaurants, superb network of local cycle tracks) ensured car stayed mostly on drive. Overall 10/10.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques en famille dans cette superbe maison où chacun a eu son intimité. La pièce de vie est lumineuse grâce aux immenses baies vitrées et la vue sur la piscine et la nature est très très agréable et reposante. L'equipement est au top rien ne manque en cuisine, la literie très confortable, la déco de tres bon goût. Tout était propre. Propriétaire très sympa et à l'écoute. Foncez vous ne serez pas déçus 😉

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool / toll eingerichtet

Wir haben und mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder 7-13J) sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Zimmeraufteilung, Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Zu unserer Überraschung und Freude fanden wir einen Weber Gasgrill und eine Espresso-Maschine vor Ort vor, die nicht in der Beschreibung waren. Lage am Golfplatz / im Pinienwald ist toll, einmal allerdings haben die Wildschweine die Mülltonne umgekippt und ausgeleert, kommt mit der Lage. Gerne wieder.

Location à recommander !

Maison en excellent état, idéalement située entre le lac et l’océan, à 5mn à pied du golf, du centre equestre et de jeux pour les enfants. A recommander ! Le seul bémol est l’absence de barrière ou de couverture de sécurité au niveau de la piscine. Le seul dispositif de sécurité est un unique bracelet-alarme. Ceci peut avoir son importance si vous voyagez avec des enfants.

Wunderbare Villa für 2 Familien

Die Villa ist sehr gut gelegen, ruhig, im Grünen, von der Terrasse aus blickt man über den Pool und den Garten auf Pinien. Zum Strand und in den Ort sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 min. Die Fahrradwege dorthin sind gut ausgebaut. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben, der Wohn- Essbereich ist sehr großzügig, die Küche ist für 10 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Esstisch haben 10 Personen gut Platz. Da rings um den Esstisch bodentiefe Fenster sind, hat man fast den Eindruck, als ob man draußen sitzen würde. Die Veranda ist für einen Esstisch zu schmal, dafür gibt es am Pool noch einen großen Holztisch mit ausreichend Stühlen und einen großen Sonnenschirm. Liegen am Pool sind ausreichend vorhanden . Auch hier gibt es einen Sonnenschirm. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vermieter und Ansprechperson vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Garage kann leider nicht benutzt werden (d.h. gemietete oder mitgebrachte Räder müssen anderweitig auf dem Grundstück untergebracht werden).

Villa lumineuse et située dans un écrin de verdure

Maison lumineuse, living spacieux, très belles terrasses donnant sur la piscine et un jardin ombragé.Très bel environnement et à proximité de la mer. Hormis les tondeuses du terrain golf le matin vers 8H, endroit très calme et reposant.

Habitué à louer des villas à Eden Parc, celle d’Edouard et Gregory fait partie de mon top 3! La villa a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et de beaux matériaux. Très bonne communication avec Édouard et Gregory. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Une superbe maison entre lac et océan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette superbe maison , entièrement rénovée et décorée avec goût. Tout y est bien pensé et fonctionnel. Le cadre est reposant , avec vue sur une pinède et un accès possible au golf . Un propriétaire bienveillant et réactif . Nous y reviendrons assurément. Bref , un sans faute!!

Une villa idéale pour des vacances en famille

Une maison rénovée et agréable à vivre. Bcp de confort dans la maison (mobilier très bien entretenu et en bon état).Elle est très bien située (dans le golf) ce qui apporte calme et vue imprenable sur les pins (aucun vis à vis). Les propriétaires répondent aux besoins spécifiques de leurs locataires (système de sécurité Spécifique pour la piscine pour les enfants). Un très bon séjour à Lacanau.

Excellent séjour à Lacanau Eden park

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à 4 adultes et 5 enfants dans cette très belle villa récemment rénovée. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, les chambres sont très pratiques et les 3 salles de bain conviennent parfaitement pour un groupe de 9/10 personnes. La décoration intérieure et le jardin+piscine ont été refait récemment et sont magnifiques. La propreté était impeccable. Le lotissement est calme et très agréable, à 15 minutes en velo de la plage centrale de Lacanau (prevoir des velo car se garer n'est ni simple ni bon marché). Une tres belle location de vacances. Tout est neuf et de qualité, il faut faire attention avec des enfants de bas âge pour ne rien dégrader. Le frigo pourrait être plus grand pour accommoder 10 personnes. Une douche extérieure et un local sécurisé pour stocker les planches de surf seraient très utiles pour finir de compléter ce très bel endroit.

Super séjour

Nous avons passe un tres agréable séjour, la maison est magnifique et spacieuse, petit bémol sur la fragilité des parquets et l entretien de la terrasse tres compliqué. Nous avons circulé uniquement en vélo, c est vraiment génial.
