- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

- Off season: 1000 € / week
- Mid season (school holidays): 1 200 € / week
- High season (July and August): 2 100 € / week
- Weekend Rental (2 nights min.): 500 €

- Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival
- Deposit € 1,000 to be made on the day of arrival
