About this property

We have a fully Furnished and equipped 3 room Studio with Docking & Jet-ski Space... Ideal Corporate or Temporary contractor accommodations, and/or for quiet Getaway Weekends. Fully Furnished with all New bedding.

** New major appliances - Frig, Stove, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker, Espresso, Blender, Air-fryer, Toaster, Can Opener, Wine glasses, Pots & Pans, Glasses, Dishes, Utensils, Bath Towels, etc. New 65" 4K HDTV with Cable TV & High Speed WiFi, Fireplace, Central Air, Grill, Kayaks, Bikes, Fishing gear, etc.

We will message Guests 2 day prior to Check-In date with Arrival Details for Parking, Door PIN Codes, WiFi Password, etc.

We have very stringent sanitation practices to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable environment. We will sanitize our property twice, once after a guest departs property and 2nd time within 4 hours of a new guest arrival to allow property to air out thoroughly with aid of HEPA Filtration system. Additionally, we have purchased enough linens and pillows etc., so that linens are only used once, during a 4 week rotation. This includes allergy rated protection for all pillows and mattress coverings.

** Prior guests or highly rated guests may make last minute reservation inquiries and and may inquire regarding Calendar Check-In Date Conflicts, for possible special accommodations.

**Please Note... Registered Guests have full complimentary access & use of all listed amenities, however, unregistered Day-Guests Do Not! We welcome Day-Guests, but please use 1 registered guest / per "Visiting Day-Guest" as a guide. Day-Guest Fees may apply to visitors utilizing listed amenities (Docking / Pier space, Parking, WiFi, Kayaks & Boats, Bikes, Towels, etc... ) Please inquire about additional fees prior to having Day-Guest visitors, and if you have any questions.

Even in the off season, Great Stay!

We came to stay for a basketball tournament in Warsaw. The Owner was very helpful, kitchen was very well stocked for cooking full meals with a large variety of appliances, pans, pots, servingware, etc. The stay was cozy, and we would consider coming back in the summer when the lake is available!

Weekend getaway

It was a very nice studio rental below their home. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Beautiful view on the channel.
