Located north of Rennes city center, on Place Hoche, Le Récit apartment is housed in an 1820 building. The location is perfect for enjoying the city center (within walking distance of public transport, parking and restaurants).

With a surface area of 80m², recently renovated in a contemporary style, the apartment features an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large, bright living room with high ceilings, 2 separate bedrooms with queen-size 160x200 beds and a bathroom with bathtub.

Le Récit can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment has all the comforts to make you feel at home for a few days or a few weeks:

- Linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)
- Beds made up on arrival
- Wifi internet connection included.
- Fully-equipped kitchen (conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
