About this property

Ideal for the guest who appreciates being surrounded by style and elegance during a vacation or a stay medium term. The attention to detail in all the furniture and fittings will leave you with a unique commitment .... to assimilate this beautiful environment and enjoy the truly quality time during your vacation in Versilia.

Day zones include the large and beautiful windowed window throughout its width, offering views across the veranda, pool area, green grove and well-kept garden outline. A slightly raised annex of the living room created a comfortable and intimate niche with its fireplace. The living area continues in the shape of an L towards the dining area overlooking the veranda and the summer lounge with sofa and umbrella overlooking the pool but communicates directly with the kitchen which is a jewel finished with hand-painted ceramics, equipped with appliances together to a brick barbecue.

From the rear of the kitchen you get to a patio with pizza oven and BBQ facilities for eating with table and benches, another nice angle where dine in the company. Also on the ground floor it is a convenient half bath.

On the first floor we have four bedrooms; two rooms with French bed (130 cm wide) and two double bedrooms each furnished differently with great taste using beautiful coordinated tapestries. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with the bathtub.

The living room leads to the semi basement, where there is a newly renovated apartment, a studio where a clever play of light and color has created a cozy living room with a large and well-stocked bookcase, continuing then there is an open-style room space equipped with a professional pool table and later a gym equipped for up with mirrors, for anyone who loves to train and finally the sauna.

The villa has its caretaker who will take care of the daily cleaning of the house.

One thing to not underestimate about this property is ease of access, no road with challenging bends, you arrive in 2 minutes from a main road. At 7 kilometers there are the golden beaches of Versilia. In 5 minutes by car you reach the city of art Pietrasanta known also for his beautiful square is plentiful choice of restaurants. Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are reachable in less than fifteen minutes. Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be visited in a day with the facilitation of the A12 motorway.

Tuscan Family Getaway

Our family of 6 stayed at Relais Lalla in June of 2023. It is a beautiful, well maintained property with caretaker and housekeeper that visit daily. The grounds and gardens are lush, creating a relaxing outdoor atmosphere. The decor of the villa is luxurious, but comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed and came stocked with necessities for breakfast and snacks. There are room air conditioners in the 3 large bedrooms, but none in the small, single bedroom. This was a bit uncomfortable (we ended up buying a small fan). The basement has a fitness center, pool table and nice bathroom with a shower. There is a slight mildew smell, but our 20-somethings loved hanging out down there. Our host's brother met us for check-in, as the host was on vacation, along with the housekeeper and gardener. Only our host spoke English, but we managed to communicate well. The house is safe - there is an alarm system (which we had some confusion with as the gardener has access as well. It was hard to tell if it was on or off). The pool is fantastic! We swam everyday and relaxed on the patio. There are great restaurants close-by and a nice grocery store in town. We did day trips to Lucca, Florence and Cinque Terre. We had dinner in Pietrasanta the last night. It's a very cool, artsy town with great food, shopping and beach clubs. We would like to explore this more when we come back. Our in-home cooking class was a high-light. I highly recommend this villa and this area.

Een oase van klasse en rust

Geweldig huis ,veel ruimte,heerlijke airco in de slaapkamers en een top zwembad! De foto s doen niet eens recht aan deze villa het is nog groter en mooier! De aankleding is prachtig,veel kunst en letterlijk van alle gemakken voorzien incl alle basis benodigdheden in de keuken en een geweldig welkomstpakket! Echt een 10!

Perfection

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfectly appointed and we had a housekeeper there every day. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, our favorite thing about the property was the outdoor pizza oven!
