Austin is a very desirable city to visit and the East side is the fastest up and coming part of the city. I fell in love with this recently built property and it's modern farmhouse decor. The rooftop and outdoor deck areas are all perfect for entertaining and hosting family and friends
What makes this property unique
This townhouse is perfect for those rooftop nights when you want to get out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful Austin nights with some views of downtown Austin and the University of Texas Tower.
This is an ideal location given its proximity to everything you would want to experience in Austin. You are less than 10 minutes to almost everything. Ride and scooter shares are readily available and under $10 per trip. The rooftop deck provides a great space for day and night time hangout with partial views of the Austin skyline.
This property is part of the “new” East Austin and is surrounded by parks and iconic east side landmarks. The townhouse has 2 patios on the ground floor with a hammock on one and a BBQ grill on the other. There is carport parking (2) for the townhouse and plenty of free street parking. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils and all other kitchenware you might need. High end Thermador appliances for all those inner chefs out there.
