Étrange de devoir payer 30€ d’électricité à la fin du séjour alors que nous avons déjà payé plus de 3000€ la location. Ceci s’apparente à de l’abus, se méfier de ces pratiques trompeuses.

Idealer Ort für entspannten Familienurlaub

Wir hatten mit der Villa Malibù den perfekten Ort für zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Salento . Die Villa ist gut geeignet für sechs Erwachsene und ein Kind, denn man hat sehr viel Platz durch den großen Außenwohnbereich. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön gestaltet und der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Von der Agentur und auch von dem Besitzer wurden wir bestens betreut.

"Villa Hollywoodiana"

Come da titolo, nient'altro da aggiungere. Villa Malibù come da foto anzi......molto più bella dal vivo. Antonio, il proprietario, molto gentile, disponibile e prezioso/ottimo consigliere. La villa è veramente molto ma molto bella, curata nei minimi particolari, non so quanti anni ha ma sembra nuova di zecca; 3 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni, soggiorno con cucina, 2 pergolati, piscina straordinaria, prato all'inglese favoloso, barbecue, solarium, parcheggio auto all'interno e tante piante. Il servizio ottimo, nessun problema ma tanta nostalgia nell'aver fatto solamente una settimana. L'immobile è situato all'inizio del paese arrivando da Melendugno in una zona di tutte ville/villette, la privacy e il silenzio sono garantiti, la distanza dal mare è di 800 metri, percorribili benissimo a piedi anche perché, se si va in macchina, poi c'è il problema del parcheggio (a pagamento) a Torre dell'Orso. Il proprietario accetta animali domestici naturalmente ben educati come lo è stata la mia cagnolina Lenticchia. Immobile super pulito ed in ottimo stato. Lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti? No............perchè ci devo andare io (sigh). A parte gli scherzi, certamente lo consiglierei a tutti anche a portatori di handicap.
