This cozy farmhouse has 6 custom sewing stations perfect for a creative weekend with friends or family. I have hosted scrapbookers, painters, quilters and wellness groups. Or, just come and relax in the vintage camper next to the creek. Located just north of Spokane. Close to many fun quilt shops and outdoor activities. I have prepared a notebook with restraunts and other fun “must see and do” activities in the vicinity.

I bought an the old Chattaroy General Store back in 2018. It included this farmhouse, that i really wasn't interested in until the thought came.......... A Quilting Retreat for the Quilt Shop. It has been just as much fun to operate the Quilting Retreat as it has been to operate the Quilt Shop. I have met so many nice people. The "Crow's Nest recently underwent a renovation with new floors, new bathroom and updated decor. Complete with 6 individual sewing/crafting stations for you to come and be creative.
Why they chose this property
This old/renovated farmhouse sits on Deer Creek. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and a BBQ for making hamburgers or steaks. A completely stocked kitchen makes cooking quite easy.
What makes this property unique
You will feel like you stepped back in time when you wake up to chickens and ducks roaming the property.
