Amazing value for space and location! This split-level condo provides a clean, bright, convenient place to call home while in Telluride. On the first floor, enjoy the well-stocked kitchen which is open to the living and dining areas. Cozy up on the couch and stream your favorite flick via the ROKU or gather at the table for a board game. Colorful art and modern lighting throughout this property lend to its charm. Kick back and take in some sun from the Adirondack chairs in the outdoor area. There is also a mudroom complete with ski rack and ample space for coats and gear. On the second floor, you'll find a king bedroom as well as a loft space with a queen bed. The master bedroom features a large flat-screen TV and an elegant bathroom offers a vanity space separate from the shower creates ease and convenience in preparing for the day's adventures.

Off a quiet alley, on the second floor of the building, this location is tucked away but still just one block from Town Park providing an amazing home base for summer festivals or winter sledding, ice skating, and cross-country skiing. A three-block walk takes you to the free gondola and chair lift 8 for easy walk-to-ski access or a scenic ride to Mountain Village. The restaurants, bars, and shops of Telluride's main street are a short stroll away and the free Galloping Goose bus also stops on the next corner to get you anywhere you need to go in town.

Note this property does not have a designated parking spot. A W-Zone parking pass is provided for on street parking.

Beautiful, cozy, Telluride retreat

Spruce Street Retreat. This was our second consecutive year staying at this beautiful property! Hosts have thought of everything and our stay felt very comfortable and homey. Property was VERY clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Great location. You can walk easily to gondola, shops and dinner. We will definitely stay here every time were in Telluride. Thank you for the wine and coffee. A very classy touch.

Great Location

Pros: Easy check-in and excellent communication. Excellent location - for example, Bear Creek and Bridal Veil Falls trail heads and gondola, shops within walking distance. Bed - nice, firm the way we like it. Clean sheets. Complimentary red wine on arrival was very nice touch. Appliances - very good, relatively new, clean and functional. Plentiful paper towels, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, dishes, silverware, cookware. Cons: Parking - somewhat difficult despite Host providing a "W" permit. You cannot park next to the entrance. The closest you can get is a block or 2 away. I found street signs poorly labeled as to "W" permit allowed and there were very few spaces available but we were more successful each day. Cleanliness - Admit I'm a clean freak but this unit is in need of a deep clean - carpets/floors nasty, kitchen cabinets gross, countertop peeling. Small - Can't imagine more than 2 occupants. Bathroom is super tiny. You can't have one person shower and someone else use the sink simultaneously. The other sink drain completely clogged. You must climb the spiral stairs each time you need to go. What would happen if 2 people had to go urgently? Only one toilet... Spiral Stairs - not "tall people" friendly - bonked my head more than a few times before learning to duck! Entry stairs considered a strenuous hike! Not easy hauling up our large suitcases. Zero views of the surrounding gorgeous mountains despite numerous windows.

Tidy apartment close to everything

My husband, I and an adult son stayed 2 nights and had a great time hiking and exploring. It is a comfortable space for three adults.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
