Very beautiful recent villa overlooking the residential area of the charming village of Allex, in the heart of the Drôme, between Vercors and Ardeche.
With a large swimming pool (10x5) fully secured, with pool house and shower and an open and covered terrace of 30 m2, the property of 1500 m2 enjoys a panoramic view of the roofs and mountains and a beautiful landscaped garden.
It offers 3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. 2 more beds can be used in addition (office with sofa bed and extra bed). The house is ideal for 6 people.
Villa very well equipped including: water softener, fixed fans (2 interior lights, outdoor terrace), mosquito nets to all windows, electric shutters to all windows.

Au delà de nos attentes

Nous sommes partis à 8 personnes dont 3 couples, la maison était juste parfaite, calme et reposante, très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, de la table de ping pong et du terrain de pétanque, de quelques escapades sur la dromes qui n’est pas très loin. Hervé était super, joignable très facilement pour nous indiquer les coins sympathiques. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai volontiers.

Fantastisch huis in fantastische omgeving

Hervé en Lina hebben ons heel hartelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid in het huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien die je je wenst in een villa met privé zwembad en eigenlijk zelfs meer dan dat. De villa is gelegen in een heel klein dorpje, maar, met bakker en heerlijk restaurantje op loopafstand (minder dan 10 minuten). De rivier de Drôme en Ardêche zijn in de buurt, waarbij activiteiten in de rustigere Drôme raadzaam zijn. Een absolute aanrader en plek die wij in gedachten houden om naar terug te keren!

Fantastic stay with our family (6 pers.)

We has a wonderful stay with our kids. The house is clean and very complete. The beds are very good. The pool is nice and the chairs around the pool are chill. One thing we have to mention: the relaxing chairs are amazing. Hervé and Lina are communicating very well

Great family holiday

The villa was brilliant, all facilities we required and more. Property Manager was very good to respond to any queries we had, he came out regular to maintain the swimming pool and made sure we had enough gas to use the barbeque. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed holiday.

Family party reunion

We were celebrating a birthday and the facilities offered everything to accommodate 5 adults and our 3 adult children. The house was equipped with everything, it had character, it was exceptionally clean and the pool with the first class barbecue and drinks area was a plus for all our activities. Highly recommended and enjoyed by all our family. Thank you Hervé
