This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe is perfect for up to four guests. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, and there’s a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is the balcony — perfect for enjoying the fall colors and crisp mountain air. Granite counter tops in the full kitchen provide plenty of space to whip up great mountain meals and après-ski snacks. There’s seating for four at the dining table and three more at the kitchen counter.

You’ll enjoy access to the shared hot tub and pool, as well as an onsite gym. You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place Resort, located at the top of the gondola. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, shuttle service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Ski trip

The description provided held true . Walk to the gondola was short . The ski back to the condo was great! Ski locker on the first floor was convinient Condo was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Communication was quick and helpful

Great location for skiing & town

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to our room. Check-in was a little wonky, it was like the amazing race! There is a convenient ski locker on the first floor. it was truly ski in, and as advertised a 7 to 8 minute walk, through a tunnel, to the gondola. Washer& dryer outside room. Across the hall. There is a complementary, hot chocolate, tea and coffee bar in the morning, and sometimes after skiing. Easy walk to town and all the fun shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

2023 Christmas Vacation

The stay was great. Access to the gondola to take you to the lifts was a short walk, easy. Also to ski back to the condo made the transition from skiing to taking stuff off and getting to the condo very simple!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty stained carpet. Stained coffee cups and dishes looked like they had not been clean properly. Smelly coffee machines. noisy dryer can be heard from across hallway. Very loud fridge. The locker room dirty and only had two small benches.Access to garbage room in the basement was extremely dirty. Overall condition of common areas were dirty and tattered.
