About this property

Upon entering this newly remodeled, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single level ranch style home you will find comfortable furnishings and desert Southwest decor in a comfortable living room with ceiling fan. This living room features a 55 inch flat screen smart TV. This is a great place to escape after a long day, watch a movie or a favorite TV show or just relax with a drink and a book. There is free WiFi throughout the house, allowing you to use your devices anywhere in the house.

As you make your way to the back of the house it opens up into a dining room and office to the left, and kitchen to the right. The south-west themed dining room seats 8 around the table, and another 2 can sit at the bar-stools near the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils for your cooking and dining needs. The kitchen is a great place to prepare a snack, a meal, or a cup of coffee while gathering with family or friends. There is both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot for the coffee and hot cocoa drinkers.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with Western Decor and TVs. The Master suite features a King size bed with a plush mattress, a 43 inch flat-screen, wall-mounted smart TV, a tall dresser (in the closet, not pictured) with 2 matching night stands, and a ceiling fan. There is a master bath with shower off of the master bedroom.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen Size Bed with 2 large drawers in the base of the bed, a 43 inch flat-screen wall mounted smart TV, dual bed-side tables a large closet and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 features queen size bed, another 43 inch flat-screen, wall-mounted smart TV, a reading area, a large closet and a ceiling fan. A Queen size air mattress is available, and can be set up in one of the open areas.

There is a full bathroom off of the hallway with bathtub and shower.

Quick access to both the 101 and 17 freeways. Centrally located. 15 minutes from the superbowl stadium as well as many of the MLB spring training stadiums.

Out the back door is a large patio that runs the length of the house and has ping-pong (not pictured) and foosball tables, as well as an outdoor patio table with chairs for your enjoyment and relaxation. A good place for games or good conversation with family and friends.

3 large vehicles will fit in the driveway, and others can park on the street with no HOA to worry about.

The back yard is securely fenced and features a barbecue grill for fixing hamburgers, steak, shrimp skewers, or anything you can imagine.

Come and enjoy the desert southwest, take off your boots, and stay awhile.

Perfect for a family!

Our stay was comfortable and roomy. Large kitchen and dining area with comfy seating in the living room. The beds for comfy. The place was VERY clean! The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong table:) The owners were on top of any questions we had and did much to make sure our stay was to our satisfaction. Great place and great price!!!!

Dirty dishes. Don't park in the garage!

The owner worked hard to make the house nice, but our first impression was finding out that the garage door was out of balance as we backed our truck into the garage. The door unexpectedly came down on the hood of the truck. A month later, we're still working with the owner to arrange payment for the repairs. All of the cookware was dirty. Even the Keurig and the coffee maker had to be scrubbed out before use. The owner did provide new frying pans when a 12 inch pan was requested. The house is set up for 7 to sleep in bedrooms, but originally had only 6 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. Since we had 4 adults staying at the house, we had to request more towels. One wash cloth for two adults to share is not sufficient. The owner provided two large bags of towels and wash cloths later on the same day. The couple staying in the second bedroom felt the need to wash the bedding prior to sleeping the first night due to what appeared to be grease stains on the sheets. The furniture looks nice in the pictures, but is all old and worn down. It was nice to find the fridge stocked with bottled water, and there was also a basket of snacks left on the counter. That helped to make us feel welcome.

This was our first experience renting a property for vacation. David was very attentive to our needs. If ever in Phoenix I would book from him again.

Perfect stay! The "kids" room was so helpful for the little ones.

David was a great host with rapid response time. He allowed us to have an early check in which was BEYOND helpful. Our family came to visit from Oklahoma and the homes features like the big bunk bed in the kiddos room, the Roku TV's in every room, access to the washer & dryer & all the amenities and more for what we needed during our stay. The basket of snacks, bottle of wine and handwritten welcome card made it feel very personal. Even with the heat. The kids loved the foosball & ping-pong table on shaded back porch. The fridge kept the beer cold which was one of the highest priorities on the list haha. We would definitely stay again and appreciate the hospitality we received. 5 stars!!! :)
