The perfect vacation home for your large family or group! 7 bedrooms and 6 full baths!! Large and spacious rooms and multiple common areas with plenty of room for your whole family to spread out relax and have fun! SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN HOTEL ROOMS AND SO MUCH MORE FUN TO STAY TOGETHER!! Wether you plan to catch the big one, spend some time on the golf course, or spend the week on the beach with a cocktail, this place is perfect for every type of vacationer in your group. Walking distance to everything in Key Colony Beach including restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis, and so much more. Once your arrive, you can literally park your car and forget it for the week. It's the perfect "home base" for your diverse group to enjoy whatever they have in mind for the perfect vacation.

TV's in every bedroom and each of 2 living rooms.
6 full baths - 3 with tub/shower combos and 2 with oversized walk-in showers, 1 full with small shower.
Well equipped kitchen for those large family dinners. Lots of outside covered seating to enjoy dinner outside.

House is family owned and we live just a few miles away to assist you with your stay.

Your family or large group of friends will have plenty of space to relax and have fun at this large property. With 7 bedrooms and 6 baths, you can bring all the kids and the grandkids! The home is actually a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on one side and 5 bedrooms and 4 baths on the other. My parents like to use the little side for their quite sanctuary, while me and my sisters and our families fill up the big side. That way they have a little retreat to head to if they need to rest, while youngin's carry on. There are plenty of different spaces to hang out together or get some alone time. There is a huge back patio overlooking the canal with outdoor dining/seating for 18. There is a rooftop deck, private front courtyard, large dining room, and living room on the big side, a smaller kitchen/living area on the little side, large game/play-room connecting all of the upstairs bedrooms. I've attached a floorpan to better explain the set up.

Location could not be better

Wonderful stay for our group of 9 ( ages 20 - 60 ). Kari called the day before our arrival with information and suggestion for activities - she was available by cell. Plenty of space, worked well for a few of us who needed to get some work time in during the week. Quiet in the evenings - no traffic sounds. Parking for several cars. VERY walkable ,which is important for my group, - multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The larger kitchen was well stocked and worked well for the "chef" in our group who prepared the fish he had caught. Easy access to grocery store. Activities available for everyone from kayaking thru the canals ( manatees came to check us out ), ocean fishing, local aquarium, turtle hospital, access to nearby beach. Hour drive to Key West for additional activities. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best Family Trip

We had the best time. The house fit our whole family. The owner had everything we needed and more at the house. Restaurants and happy hour with in walking distance. Kari was always available to answer any questions or help you find what you were looking for to add to your trip. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our trip so worry free.

Island Oasis

Island Oasis was a great home for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach towels. She even had items such as trash bags, dish detergent, etc.. available for us to use. Kids enjoyed fishing in the canal. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. Even had great suggestions for places and restaurants to visit. We had a wonderful visit!
