Located only minutes to Fenwick Island, Ocean City Beaches, Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Northside Park, and Ocean City Recreation and Parks Center, this custom-built 4 bedroom 4.5 bath coastal style home is perfect for your next vacation. With a three-story design and elevator access to all levels, the home provides multiple outdoor spaces and beautiful sunset and sunrise views! For the off-season and shoulder-season, enjoy this excellent home at a discounted rate for 3 nights or enjoy a full week and only pay for 6 nights!

The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with queen size beds, access to a patio, and one with a private full bath. In addition, there is a shared full bath with a walk-in shower. The second level provides a large master suite with a king-size bed, private balcony, and bathroom with dual vanities, jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower. There is a living area with a pull-out sofa bed and television, a shared full bathroom, a bedroom with two twin-size beds, and a laundry room. The rear balcony is accessible from the entertainment room and bedroom.

The third level provides open-concept living with multiple windows and views! There is a well-equipped kitchen with an oversized island, wine refrigerator, and gas cooktop. The dining area provides a large table and access to a rear deck. The living area boasts a gas fireplace, television, sectional sofa, and an additional table for games, puzzles, or meals, as well as a balcony. This home is great for weekend golf getaways with the house being discounted for a 3-night stay and additional discounts for a full week stay.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The community pool is a shared pool for the whole community. Construction is set to occur throughout the season. Most of the major construction is complete, however, there is still construction occurring in the community.

Beautiful home!

Our rental had a maintenance issue and was cancelled 24 hours before our check-in. We rented this home last minute and we lucked out. The house is beautiful. It was very clean with all of our towels and linens waiting for us. It was close to our family and convenient to everything. The best part were the views and the space it afforded our family. Thank you!

Enjoyable Stay

This is a beautiful house in a great location. It is fully handicap accessible except the commodes could be converted to handicap height to maximize rental. It was a blessing having the elevator and the private community pool is wonderful. The property itself was immaculate but I would replace all of the decorative pillows due to age and hard use. We would definitely stay here again.

My family vacation

38891 Verandah Bay Dr. Selbyville, DE 19975 We Had an awesome time the kids and adults had great time at the pool and at the beach and sitting out on the deck we also loved to cook in the big kitchen that where we in the evenings ❤️❤️❤️ There were a couple of things that can improve that it was a little dusty livingroom pillows could use a wash they were all dirty with stains the outside chairs were very old and rusty which can be dangerous if someone falls or scrape themselves besides that we had a awesome time I will definitely recommend this property everything is close by ❤️
