Great home in a very nice neighborhood
This home exceeded our expectations during our six week stay. The layout of the home was perfect for us and included a large patio with a grill, a fountain, and lots of privacy in the backyard. The surrounding neighborhood offered many benefits including plenty of sidewalks for walking, very close shopping and restaurant options, access to nearby bike paths, and because of its location, it was close to many fun places to visit within the metro area. Sam was by far the best landlord that we have experienced on VRBO. He quickly responded to our requests and even provided us with nearly two dozen “fun” ideas to do locally. We look forward to the opportunity of staying at this home again.

Very clean but all furniture are very outdated to a point that a chair leg bent as one of us set on it, I feel like this is important to mention because when you pathos price you look for comfort, something we didn’t have during our stay, a 3 bedroom without a single work station?. We had to ran out to get more toilet paper, coffee filters, laundry detergent so basic essentials if you rent for a entire week like we did might be a struggle, very little towels were left for us. Also the third bedroom did not have a pullout couch as advertised but a blowup mattress instead? Our 11 yr old had to sleep on a non reclining couch during our entire stay. Would have been nice to have a good nice coffee mug to start the day and extra clean towels after the second day... Not a fan of all the “religious statements” throughout the entire house.

Close to the islands for nice walks. Close to commerce and our lifetime fitness gym. Sam was great and attentive to our needs.
