4 bedroom, 2 bath private beach house located 2 blocks from the ocean. This beach house has its own private pool overlooking the large back yard.

Catch the beautiful sunrise, 2 blocks to the beach.

Two story vacation home features two fully equipped kitchens, separate eating and living areas, private entryways, two full bathrooms, pool with heating option, patio area and large fenced in yard for pets or kids to play.

Lounge by the beautiful pool while you enjoy your favorite beverage or pack a lunch and head down to the beach for an afternoon picnic.

We have a another unit on the property that could be rented in addition by request that has a queen bed. The suite is not rented to others during your stay.

Pool can be heated the colder months. Pool heater is an additional fee. Pool agreement required.

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Large outside space to BBQ and entertain guests in the comfort of your home after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem, you are centrally located for delivery.

- This property has a maximum parking allowance of four vehicles.

- Toiletries are not included. Please prepare to bring toilet paper/paper towels.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $100 non-refundable fee* for the first pet and $50 for the second. Must sign and agree to pet rules agreement sent after booking. Rules listed below for quick review.

-Once your reservation is received, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent. This must be filled out in its entirety with a government issued photo ID emailed within 24 hours of making the reservation and before receiving an electronic access code to the property.

- We only rent to guest 25 and up.

Our neighborhood is safe and our property exclusive. For peace of mind we do have a Ring camera in the front of the house and suite, by the top entrance door, bottom entrance door and overlooking the back gate.

Pet Rules
Maximum of 2 Pets are permitted in home only with prior approval and nonrefundable deposit. We are located in a dog friendly walkable neighborhood. In order to provide the best experience for our guests and their furry friends please agree to the following rules- fees applied if violated.

-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Do not leave in the yard as this is a popular hangout.
· You are responsible to make sure all doors and gates are securely closed. Pets must be leashed at all times while outside the gate. The backyard is fully fenced in and dogs do not need to be leashed in this area.
-Do NOT allow pets to dig holes.
· Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time to avoid additional cleaning fees.
· All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Including Heartworm preventative and free from fleas. Charges will apply if fleas are present. It is also recommended that you travel with your veterinarian’s documents in case you are asked for them when taking your pet to a public space.
