Corner villa situated in the residence "Sun Village" with shared pool (july and august )close to the restaurants and shops of Portiragnes Plage. Upstairs there is one double bedroom leading through to another small bedroom. Downstairs a living room with kitchenett, shower room and toilet. Outside there is a fenced and tiled terrace with garden furniture and summer kitchen, plus one parking place inside the residence.

Vétusté et insalubrite

Le logement est prévu pour 2 adultes au maximum. Piscine résidentielle extrêment petite et inadapté aux enfants en bas âge et aux personnes ne sachant pas nager. La vétusté est omniprésente : ° robinets instables et défectueux ° ballon d'eau chaude pour 2 personnes (sans vaisselle) et qui fui abondemment ° douche extrêment mal agencé et fuit au niveau des parois. ° gaziniere (extérieur) sans gaz. ° lit supérieur du superposé à l'étage pratiquement inutilisable (mansarde) .... Bref, une déception totale conte tenue d'un tarif injustifié au vue des prestations inexistantes. Le point fort sont sa proximité des commerces et plages. Au final, logement prévu pour un couplé de retraité pas très regardant...
