This is a premium unit and one of the best at Phoenix West!!! New owner and new furniture as of November 2019!!!

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished with all the luxuries you would expect at Phoenix West!!

The unit is professional decorated by Sea Glass, with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King size bed in the Master, 2nd and 3rd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 4th. There are also two sleeper sofas Queens in the living room for sleeping up to 14.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time visiting Orange Beach and staying in this condo. The amenities were awesome, the kids loved the pools and the waterslide, and the condo itself was beautiful. The only down to this trip was the water heater was not equipped to handle all 4 showers and some of us had to take a cold shower if too many were trying to take a shower in a short period of time. Other than that, the trip was perfect.

Fun place

We enjoyed our stay but waiting for the elevators was very annoying. I would definitely recommend they put in more elevators, there are only 4 elevators for 28 floors. The condo floor was dirty when we arrived. The pools and lazy river were great!
