THE APARTMENT
The gorgeous living area welcomes you with large bay-windows opening to the terrace:
It is divided in three functional areas:
- A cozy/comfy lounge space featuring a smart TV
- A dining area that can accommodate 4 people
- The open-floor kitchen, fully-equipped (including oven and dishwasher)
- The first bedroom will offer you upscale queen size bedding (160 cm), a large built-in closet, a connected private shower room, and above all, direct access to the terrace so you can have breakfast in the sun.
- The second bedroom is identical to the first except that the shower room is separate from the bedroom.
Finally, you will love its beautiful 38 m² terrace, the perfect spot for having dinner or other relaxing moments.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 13 minutes on foot from the train station, or 10 minutes by bus.
It is 5 minutes by car from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps down your street, the Avenue Isola Bella, you will be able to:
- Enjoy the Montfleury district, featuring a quaint “village” ambiance and neighborly boutiques to do your shopping for your daily needs (bakery, pharmacy, wine store, florist, grocery store…)
- Head to the center of Cannes via the famous Rue d’Antibes, reachable within 5 minutes on foot.
- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront, within a 10-minute walk.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
There are bus-stops at the foot of the apartment building, with buses going by every 6 to 8 minutes.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is a parking lot within the property grounds.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...)
Daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock-boxes.
All the key lock-boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
