First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedrooms 2 and 4: two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be made into a double bed.
- Each bedroom has a private shower room.

Outside:
- A terrace facing the garden
- A south-facing terrace with a small view of the écluse beach.

Completely renovated with quality materials and tastefully decorated, you'll find optimum comfort in this ready-to-live-in house. You'll soon feel right at home!
You have free Wi-Fi access, and we provide sheets, towels and tea towels. Your accommodation is clean, and your bed made up on arrival.

The house is ideally located in Dinard, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- At the end of the street, 20 m away, you can access the customs officers' path, the Malouine promenade and its beach.
- The Plage de l'écluse is less than 1km away on foot.- Saint-Malo is a 15-minute drive away, and you can experience the taxi-boat that will take you there in 10 minutes.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park or in the nearby public car park. (1 vehicle)
