JOAH - Villa proche du lagon

Contemporary villa located at 2 steps from the lagoon of Trou d'Eau and close to the city center of La Saline Les Bains.

Fully furnished and equipped, composed of a living room overlooking the garden.
Sip your cocktails at any time of the year on the terrace overlooking the pool with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Let yourself be charmed by my layout:
- Master suite (a double bed and a shower room with Italian shower and toilet).

On the first floor, second shower room with Italian shower and toilet,
- Corridor leading to 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Comfortable and decorated.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with electric shutters.

La Saline is the seaside resort where the most popular beaches of the island are located.
Linen provided + Internet access, WIFI and TV.
Small swimming pool: 3.5mx2.5m, 1.10m deep, pool alarm.

Globalement très bien

Très agréable mais : - pas de transat (non remplacés, nos prédécesseurs les ayant cassés...) : ça a manqué - localisation difficile à trouver - difficile de se garer (et difficile de rentrer sur la place de parking) Mais : accueil très chaleureux, maison très agréable et bien équipée. Proximité du lagon très appréciée. Environnement calme. Bref : top !!

Objekt zu teuer, Kaution unverschämt

Das Haus war OK, aber die Bilder sind besser, als die Realität. Mini Pool, der den Namen nicht verdient. Weder Seife, Spülmittel, Klopapier vorhanden, alles muss gekauft werden. Für den Preis überteuert. Zur Hinterlegung einer unverschämt hohen Kaution mussten wir selbst zur Agentur mit dem Auto fahren. Service sieht anders aus.
