Grosse déception

1 semaine après notre retour nous avons été débité de frais de ménage pour motif que le lave vaisselle n’était pas vidé (il tournait encore quand nous avons quitté la maison à 10h heure requise pour rendre la villa!!) et que le ménage n’était pas fait. Or dans le tarif de location, le ménage était inclus, nous avons donc payé pour cette prestation !! La gerante de la villa ne nous a rien specifié non plus ni à l’arrivée ni lors de l’etat des lieux la veille au soir. A noter que nous avons rendu la maison dans un état propre et rangé et avons même enlevé et plié les draps et mis les serviettes dans le bac à linge alors que cela n'était pas demandé. Déja nous avions connu une déception en arrivant à la maison car il y avait des travaux à côté de la propriété (présence d'une grue pas très jolie + bruit dès 7h45 le matin). Les travaux vont durer longtemps donc si vous cherchez le calme, ce n'est pas la bonne adresse pour se reposer. Si vous bougez toute la journée, cela ne vous dérangera pas. Le proprio a fait un geste commercial. Mais avec le débit des frais de ménage additionnels, je me demande finalement si ce geste était sincère. C'est dommage car la villa est jolie et bien équipée. Au retour de vacances, je m'appretais à laisser à laisser un bon commentaire mais avec le débit des frais de ménage de façon automatique et abusive, je reste sur une mauvaise impression .

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé un très beau week-end en famille dans cette villa qui était très bien adaptée pour 11 personnes. De très belles pièces spacieuses. Le séjour et la cuisine sont ouverts sur l extérieur et c' était très agréable.

Belle villa mais résidence et voisins vraiment désagréables

Nous sommes arrivés à la villa le soir, nous avons eu un super feeling avec la personne qui s'occupait de la location mais les voisins étaient vraiment de mauvaise foi. Nous sommes allés les voire à notre arrivée pour les prévenir et leur laisser notre numéro si toutefois il y avait un quelconque problème afin qu'ils puissent nous joindre. Malheureusement, au lieu de venir nous voir directement ils ont appelé la propriétaire de la villa qui elle même a appelé des amies à elle. Elles sont venues vérifier et ont attesté qu'il n'y avait pas tant de bruit que ça et que ça ne pouvait pas déranger les voisins à ce volume là. Nous avons ainsi passé un très bon week-end si nous faisons abstraction de ces voisins.
