Would not stay here again
While the claims for the property were accurate on the surface, in actuality, they were not true. There is a TV in the apartment but it is not functional since it is not connected to any source as far as we could determine. There were no instructions to go with it. It might as well have been cardboard. There were also no instructions for the washer/dryer. There was a coffee pot but it did not work.
The instructions for getting into the apartment were not clear or accurate as written and sent the day before we arrived. This was frustrating and unpleasant for us as we'd been awake for 28 hours. We had to call the management to get clear instructions.
While the apartment was mostly clean, the waste container stunk from having had dirty diapers in it.
After we discovered that the TV would not work and that the washer/dryer had no instructions, I wrote to the management company (Pick-a-flat) and they never replied.
While there are two elevators, they are up a set of stairs from the ground floor. After the first day, the elevators would only stop one floor up and that meant that we had to climb three flights of stairs from there to get to the elevator, which was difficult for my husband who has mobility issues and made check-out quite difficult with suitcases.
The check-out, again, was inaccurate. Pick-a-flat said to put the two keys on the table. There was one key fob and codes to the other two doors.
I would never rent this apartment again nor deal with Pick-a-flat.
