Great place to stay

Con: Check-out process not clear - had to chase multiple times to find out how to return the key. One frying pan but no pot - cannot cook pasta. One coffee machine but no kettle - cannot make other hot drinks. Pro: Clean. Central location. 5 mins walk to Lille Europe, Lille Flandres, Westfield / Carrefour (supermarket). Spacious flat for two person (more than enough room for two person). The apartment faces away from the street hence no noise at all during day and night - despite it's central location. Quiet neighbours. Soft bed. Nice big windows and nice and warm in the winter. Everything as advertised.

Déçu sur un point qui fais tout.

Vous payez presque une cinquantaine d’euros par jour pour des frais de menages, alors que aucune taches ménagères n’a été entrepris ! C’est déjà excessif mais si en plus on paie dans le vent alors là NON ! (Surtout que nous avions demandé à ne pas en bénéficier de base). J’ai des photos qui le prouvent avec la date et l’heure de la prise. (Soit la dernière nuit.)
