Amazing 3 bedroom vacation townhome that sleeps 8 in a resort-style community in Seagrove Beach. This beautifully decorated townhome has access to a massive community pool, and is centrally located right on 30A and across the street from "The Big Chill". Easy access to 30A's beautiful bike trail, it is easy to go enjoy the dining, night life, quaint shops and local culture in Rosemary or Seaside. The back porch seems like it was made to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while planning your day. Enjoy this great house for your next vacation!

The layout is open and inviting and the high windows let you enjoy the warmth of the Florida sun. The open common living area is located on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. The 3 bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space on the second floor, with 1 Master-king, 1 queen, and a twin/full/trundle.

1. Rent bikes from Paradise30A and ride between Rosemary Beach and Seaside
2. Visit our beautiful Emerald Coast Beaches
3. Enjoy the entertainment at the Hub
4. Explore many of the man-made reefs off the coast

How do I get to the beach?
1. Any public beach access is available to the guests
2. Starting from Memorial Weekend through Labor day weekend there is a tram service starting from 9am to 4pm daily
3. There is a pick up on the north side by the pool and south side by the mailbox
4. They generally pick up every hour, it could be longer depending on the beach traffic but you can call the tram service number to see where they are at: Number to tram service: 850-598-0251
5. Tram service takes you to Bramble Grove access, if the red flags are flying the tram service does not run

What else do I need to know?
1. Bikes, Beach Chairs, Golf Carts and more available by calling Paradise 30A
2. 50% of payment is due at the time of booking and 100% is due 30 days prior to arrival
3. Renter must be 25 years of age and sign a rental agreement
4. No Pets allowed

Great Rental

The rental was perfect for our family of four with plenty of space for the kids to run around to escape the heat & stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The location is perfect with access a variety of beaches, there is a tram that will take you to the beach, but we just biked & was the closest one was within a few minutes (with kids in tow). Two downfalls - the back deck is not covered, not a big deal, but in the day time it was pretty hot but great in the evening. The pool, it was filthy, the last couple of days we were there our kids would not get in it, the water was beyond murky & overall just gross. We have been coming down for years & have stayed in multiple neighborhoods & have never seen anything like that.

Great stay

Great stay clean, had a leak from the ceiling and they came out about 4 hours later, and housekeeping didn't report the back door was broken and was open when we got there. Excellent, would highly recommend

Our condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and very comfortable for our party of 7. It really felt like home during our week there. This location was very quiet despite being there during such a busy time of the year. We enjoyed the pool very much. We did not use the shuttle but were able to find nearby beach access and parking for our vehicle every day (we preferred to get to the beach very early in the mornings before 8am before it got too hot!). The host/management company contacted me via text for updates. They were very easily accessible and were able to immediately help me get an updated code to our unit when the one we were give via email didn't work upon arrival. Definitely accommodating, I would book this condo again and would highly recommended it to friends and family.
