Quietly situated and overlooking the bay of Morgat, the nearby seaside resort.
House on one level, with a very large fully glazed living room, and a second part reserved for bedrooms and bathroom.
The house is located above Morgat bay, the beach is 200m away, which takes advantage of the calm of the residential area and the attractions of the seaside resort.
From the house, you will find all the hiking trails of Cap de la Chèvre.
In the garden, a Spa is at your disposal.

Incredible space and perfect peace

Wow what a beautiful property. Set in the very peaceful woods with only the sound of birdsong, yet only a ten minute walk into Morgat for dinner or an early morning swim. The house itself is a stunner and really lives up to the billing. The living space in particular is very spacious and welcoming. We will be back.

Maison très agréable et bien située

La maison est idéalement située pour se balader, aller à la plage et rayonner dans cette région magnifique, a l’orée du bois de kador On s’est senti « comme à la maison » , cuisine bien équipée, livres et BD accessibles et déco très réussie, Un point d’amélioration : l’arrivée n’a été possible qu’à partir de 17h seulement, c’est un peu tard et c’est dommage

Ein schönes Haus in der wunderschönen Bretagne. Reichlich Platz, heller Raum, sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern. Und ein sehr netter Vermieter.

Endroit magnifique

Excellent séjour à Morgat. La maison est bien située, tout près du magnifique cap de la chèvre !

Très belle maison moderne , bien équipée. Nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances à la fois zen,(au coin du feu )et sportives ( le long du chemin des douaniers et de ses paysages époustouflants)

Au top!

La maison est spacieuse, très lumineuse et parfaitement équipée pour les vacances. L environnement immediat est magnifique, le sentier côtier est à quelques dizaines de mètres de la maison. Les commerces et activités de Morgat sont aussi accessibles à pieds.

Magnifique séjour

Très belle maison, espace commun magnifique, parfaitement équipée et très bien située à quelques minutes du port de Morgat et du sentier côtier. Mention spéciale pour la superbe collection de livres, BD et jeux de société laissée à disposition !

Séjour dans la presqu'île de Crozon

Accueil sympathique des Propriétaires, Maison accueillante et moderne avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Emplacement de la propriété permettant de rayonner dans toute la presqu'île et d'apprécier ses paysages. GR34 proche pour les marcheurs aguerris.
