Hidden Beach Villas 117 has a lot to offer with this first floor unit. It features an updated kitchen and a flat screen TV. In addition it has a separate sleeping area with a stand-alone queen bed, for added privacy.

From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access.

Hidden Beach Villas:
Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location, dirty rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location, however, it appeared as if they just sweep and make the beds between customers. The pull out sofa sheets had stains, dirt, and leaves in them. My daughter put a blanket down to sleep on top of. This was one of the better priced units available on 30A, and you get what you pay for here. I just would recommend bringing all your own linens, paper products, trash bags, etc. I probably will not stay here again.

Needs some updates

The unit was dirty. Back splash had food on it. The bed was terrible. Needs to be replaced. Furniture couch and chair needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs to be reconfigured. You can’t reach sink if dishwasher is open. Needs a smart TV. Can’t stream anything. Really sucked.
