Separate suite and full bath with private entry (not attached to our home). One bedroom with queen size bed, full private bathroom, complimentary in-room coffee, tea, cocoa bar, & bottled water also toaster, microwave, & refrigerator/freezer. Outdoor gas grill.The Captain’s Quarters features relaxing saltwater lifestyle with spectacular sunsets. Relax and enjoy the manatee as they lazily swim to and fro thru the canal. Watch the pelicans and sea birds dive into the water for fish while on your private dock just outside your room. Boating, fishing, shrimping, kayaking, paddle boating all within a few feet from the water. Watch Cape Canaveral space launches up close on the water or from the deck over the canal. Boat rides available to sandy island beaches for swimming or sunbathing just minutes from your room. You can fish or shrimp or just enjoy boating along the inter coastal river enjoying the manatee, dolphins, and sightseeing. We provide poles and tackle if you want to fish off the patio. 15 minutes from New Smyrna Beach and 30 min from Daytona Beach. 1 hour to Orlando theme parks. Fishing poles and tackle there for your use too!

It’s the little things

We had originally booked Captains Quarters for one night, however (stuff happens) and we needed a couple extra nights. Joann was very accommodating and we are so glad we got the extra nights. We appreciate the thoughtfulness that greets you as soon as you say hello or open the door. It’s nice to know we have a go to place next time we come this way!

The only thing that would have made this better is if we could have stayed longer! If we are ever back in the area or decide to get away, the Captain’s Quarters will be at the top of the list! And we’ll bring the boat!

Retired property manager. Resides with husband and we are enjoying life on the water enjoying the “saltwater” lifestyle in our wonderful community “Indian Harbor Estates”. We recently renovated (all new) our boathouse on the canal into a fabulous one bedroom suite with private full bath and private entry.

Wonderful place to experience peaceful on the water lifestyle. Ideal for seeing the manatee and saltwater birds up close and personal. Close to 2 fabulous beaches and only an hour to Orlando’s theme parks. Near Cape Canaveral where you can experience and feel the awesome space launches nearby.
