This exclusive 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home offers privacy and beauty on the North River (just off of the Saint Marys River). Watch as the sailboat yachts and shrimp boats go by. From the private dock there is easy access by boat to CUMBERLAND Island beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also kayak or fish right from the dock. Amazing Sunsets! Catch your dinner from the private dock. You can bring your own boat (public boat ramp is real close). Fenced back yard. Large deck over a screen porch. Additional bedrooms upstairs. TV in each bedroom except kids room. Unfinished basement/garage. Local excursions may include visiting: Cumberland Island by ferry, Historic Saint Marys (shops and water front), seafood restaurants, Amelia Island beach (20 miles) Okefenokee Swamp (20 miles), Jekyll Island (30 miles) and MORE! St. Mary’s River House

Wonderful stay with a few shortcomings. No instructions for operating tv. Screens were missing in the downstairs porch. We could not use the downstairs porch due to biting insects. The front steps to the house need some repair. We used the back steps because the front steps lean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the fire pit and dock.

Great house with phenomenal views

We stayed for 10 days over the holidays. House was very clean with all the necessary items to enjoy the holidays. Fishing was great and the local restaurants were very good with friendly folks. Very nice comfortable area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Convenient to have the boat right there to jump on and fish or fish from the dock.

Beautiful house and property

First, We can not emphasize how awesome the Host of this house, Tiffany, is. She answered all our questions within 5 minutes with the utmost knowledge and kindness we could have asked for! The house was very clean and very nice. The views and sunsets were stunning! It was picture perfect! We totally enjoyed our stay here!

Paradise on the River!

We had a wonderful stay at this property- fenced back yard, tire swing, fire pit, and the house was peefect for our family- the owners were fast to respond to any questions, and overall, it was just a great week
