If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice and clean. Great location

Kitchen needs a couple larger sizes of pots and pans, and cooking utensils. But very clean. Living room furniture not at all comfortable! The legs of the pieces looked very unstable! It made me nervous sitting on it! We did spend most of our time in the lanai or at the kitchen table! Beds all good!

Paradise Palms is excellent but the home managed by VACASA was in terrible disrepair.

EVERYTHING was broken, the place has potential but has not been maintained or cleaned. Our last VRBO was excellent but this one was terrible. Look for the owner / manager for each listing and DO NOT USE VACASA

Florida vacay

We loved everything about our stay at Paradise Palms. The people that work there were so nice. We definitely want to come back. The lady that works for vacasa, her name is Jess was so helpful to me. I appreciated it, even if I thought I was a pest. She was so nice.
