Grand Pointe also has barbecue grills and a meeting room.
Grand Pointe is within walking distance of San Roc Cay, and The Gulf Restaurant. San Roc Cay offers shopping, restaurants and charter boat fishing. If you don't want to take a boat in the Gulf you can fish right off the jetties beside the restaurant.

Great Condo!

cons: The listing looks just like the photos, the place was clean except for dusty lamps and plants, is a bedding dingy, Small TV’s didn’t work. However management company made EVERY effort to assist us quickly. Pros: They supplied the basic needs like towels, pots and pans, paper products but still bring your own, a Walmart is around the corner! Mr. Weldon with maintenance was AMAZING! Beds slept well, spacious, perfect beach location… I walk with a cane had no problem getting to the beach. Worth every penny…. Just remember this is not a hotel

Very nice unit. Love watching the boats going in and out of the pass.

Would have been nice to know there was scaffolding partially blocking our view from the balcony due to painting. We would have chosen a different location for our anniversary weekend. The ac wasn’t cooling but a call for maintenance fixed it quickly. Pool was closed due to the painting...But we will book this unit again in the future. Very comfortable beds.
