During the summer, you have a spot at the dock to access Little Arbor Vitae Lake for excellent fishing. Come winter, snowmobile trails pass right by this home, so you can easily unload and take off.

Snuggle up on the comfortable couch and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with your friends, watching TV, planning tomorrow's adventures, or playing one of the board games available. This vacation rental will put every adventure at your fingertips. If you need a little more space, take a look at Roadside 1 and 2 to rent both halves of this duplex together.

What's nearby:
You'll be near trails for bikes, ATVs, and UTVs, and close to many lakes. You're also not far from miniature golf, go-karts, and horseback riding, and you can shop and dine out in the surrounding towns as well. Little Arbor Vitae Lake is a 480-acre lake with a maximum depth of 32 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing. Fish include musky, panfish, largemouth bass, and walleye. The lake's water clarity is low.

As expected

This is not a honeymoon suite, but perfect for a fishing trip with buddies. I saw some reviews that the wifi didn’t work but it worked fine for us.

The cabin was nice and quiet. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. The scenery was beautiful. There was really no decent place to park our pontoon trailer and the dock that was pictured online was not the dock for roadside 1 cabin. We had to ask the neighbor which dock to use. And the entry to the dock was over grown with lake weeds which made a tripping hazard. A friendly suggestion is to have a sign directing which dock to use. Also, we had to ask the neighbor as to where the garbage and recycle bins were. They are hidden behind a fence which also had a keep out sign by them. Friendly suggestion is to maybe have a diagram online pointing out this area or a better description as to where they are located.

I would not call it a romantic place but I would call it a base camp to stay for getting out and exploring the north woods. Clean and had enough amenities that you did not have to bring anything extra.
