EXCELLENT PLACE ON MIRAMAR BEACH! 5***

The property was exactly as described. Even more adorable in person. Met all our needs, plenty of linens, towels, dinner and cookware. The furniture was all beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and beautifully updated. Patio furniture absolutely the best and comfy. Perfect view of the ocean, sunsets and dolphins in the ocean. David was more than accommodating and helpful on a couple minor issues. We will definitely return and would stay here again and again! You are also in the middle of restaurants and have an on-sight ice cream place. If you don't want the beach the various pools are plentiful and clean and plenty of chairs available. 5 Stars from us!

Pros: Excellent location. Excellent view. Very Nice Shower. Cons: At least one mouse got into our food and was never removed....may still be present. Window and Door sills are very dirty. Broken furniture on deck. Outdated furniture. A couple of floor tiles are coming up. No hot water for sink in Master bathroom. Broken fan in hallway bathroom. The owner acted like he wasn't aware of this issue, but his maintenance man has the part on order so he must be aware of this issue. Very confusing TV controls. Confusing front door lock had to call owner for instructions.
