Nos vacances à Marseillan Plage - Contact Era Immobilier

Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour. Marseillan Plage est effectivement une station familiale. Au niveau du logement, 2-3 petits soucis techniques : le code communiqué pour accéder à la piscine de la résidence n'était pas le bon. Le store en tissu du velux (fenêtre sur toit) était défectueux. Le compartiment capsule du lave-vaisselle était également défectueux. La distance indiquée par rapport à l'accès à la plage n'est pas exacte. En temps réel pour s'y rendre à pied (et non pas à vol d'oiseau) on est à plus que 350 mètres Au niveau de l'intermédiaire = gérant, pour la prise du logement : procédure expédiée en 2 temps, 3 mouvements, dans une attitude très "commerciale". Une quittance ne nous a pas été remise pour les montants dont nous nous sommes acquittés en espèces. Nous aurions pu et dû en faire la demande, mais nous partons de l'idée que c'est au loueur d'en établir une d'office. Au niveau de la plage, qui est très belle : pas de possibilités de louer des parasols (à part la paillote = autre budget), pas de toilettes publiques à proximité, pas de station de gonflage pour bouées et/ou matelas pneumatiques. Néanmoins, nous recommanderions volontiers un séjour à Marseillan Plage. A chacun de choisir son logement.
