Location moyenne compte tenu de son prix

Appartement vétuste qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et un bien meilleur ménage. Sinon, le vrai plus de cet appartement, c'est sa terrasse et son emplacement. Nous avons eu des places de parking car en basse saison.

Logement très bien situé, bien équipé mais un petit bémol à signaler, pas de ventilateur dans le logement, il serait le bienvenu car il n'y a pas d'air du tout, même la baie vitrée ouverte en période de canicule. Les nuits sont horribles. Cdt

Très difficile de se garer,tous les parkings sont payants, pas assez d'eau chaude pour tout le monde.A par ça, très bon séjour.Agent immobilier très gentil et accueillant.
