Si può migliorare

La casa a prima vista lascia a bocca aperta rimane appena sopra Vasto, regalando una vista spettacolare. All'interno è spaziosa e luminosa, ben fornita di tutto ciò che serve, persino aria condizionata. Alcuni dettagli però andrebbero migliorati, dalla cura del giardino alla pulizia generale. Inoltre, essendo che le proprietà sono due, sarebbe utile dividere entrambe con una piccola recinzione. Aggiungo che la strada per raggiungere il mare e le spiagge non è lunghissima, ma purtroppo a parte una discesa/salita c'è da attraversare la statale Adriatica. Noi abbiamo preferito utilizzare l'auto per girare quanto più possibile.

Location stupenda

Posto magnifico, grande giardino con vista superlativa...casa con due camere non adatta a coppie perché una è di transito. Consiglio di porre più attenzione ai dettagli, dentro e fuori e portarla ai nostri tempi. Ma vale la pena andarci!!!
