A walk-in tile shower and Brazilian granite vanity in the Master Bath has been added. A new and efficient Trane HVAC system has also been installed. Also, there has been an electric grill placed on our large back patio area.

The great room, dining room, and kitchen are open which affords unobstructed views making this already large unit even more airy, light, and friendly. The designer kitchen has a wrap-around bar for your eating pleasure and socializing ease. The great room has a fireplace, a new 1080p flat screen LCD TV,, ROKU with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu-Plus and a large queen sleeper sofa. The dining room overlooks the lagoon.
