Great house for a large family gathering!

This house is great! Perfect for our large group of eleven people, plenty of beds for everyone! The kitchen/dining/living room is definitely the gathering place for the house. Large enough so that when six more relatives showed up for dinner and games we still weren’t cramped in that big area. The kids all played and watched TV while all the adults played games at the large dining table. And though it’s hard to see from the pictures there is ample parking, four fit in the garage and two more out front. We had a blast and hated leaving at the end.

Perfect Family Getaway

Out-of-town guests visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday week. Amazing accommodations. Immaculate home. We had a fantastic stay for our family of seven. Furnished with everything we could possibly need. The location provides easy access to all the places we visited such as Park city, Heber city, Centerville, and South Jordan. Very happy with our stay and definitely plan to reserve this home again in the future. Beautiful, spacious and meticulously clean home. Highly recommend!

Great Big House

This house is great for large groups! Clean and comfortable. Kitchen needs to be stocked more with large bowls and serving dishes. It’s pretty bare. Also no spices or anything in the kitchen so buy everything you need. I think the only thing that was there was salt and pepper. It’s about 15min from Park City. If you go in the summer it is HOT! No AC which can be unbearable especially with a lot of people in the house. Would be perfect if had AC. We bought a whole bunch of fans to help us sleep. All in all great house

Beautiful home - lots of room

The home is large and clean. Furnishings are a little sparse but not a big deal. The only two things we wish had been different were 1) more hardware in the kitchen, and 2) air conditioning. For cooking the kitchen had a couple of pots, couple of frying pans and a couple of cookie sheets. Might be totally fine for some people, but we needed a crockpot and a griddle. More pots/pans would have been nice as well. And you might think that no A/C would be fine in the mountains but some of the rooms with beds don’t have a window and they got pretty warm at night (summer time) even with the air circulating all night. Other than those two issues the house was great!

Incredible Summit Park house

The house was incredible and huge (larger than expected). It is actually 4 stories with the top story being dedicated for two game rooms. Not listed is that there is a really nice table tennis table on the top floor. You can easily lose your guests or partner in the house being that it is so large and many different levels. The property has everything needed for an extended stay. The wifi and the cell reception were fantastic and we were able to catch up on work without issue. The cleanliness was 4/5 as the tile on the first floor would turn socks dark brown after walking on them (not stain) and there were cobwebs on many light fixtures. Although this is something I would expect from a house in the mountains. The house was great when we stayed (summer) but not perfect. Despite having 3 separate AC units to control the temperature in the house, they seemed to be locked at 74+ meaning no matter what we changed the Nest controlled thermostat, it was regularly 78 degrees in the house (a little too warm for most). I think in the winter it would be much more comfortable. The other issue was the response of the management company. I would suggest if you are interested in the property to book through Vacasa and not VRBO. We had a few questions and it would take a couple days for them to respond. I believe the issue is that this is primarily a Vacasa property despite it listed on many other platforms. Lastly, keep in mind that there is no back yard or "real" outdoor space other than the two wooden decks. It is located on the side (and in) a mountain and has incredible access to towns, ski lifts, dining (although limited with Covid) shopping, and (the best...hiking. There are fantastic trails for every hiking enthusiast or level located very close. The trails are also used to bike (more than hiking in my experience). I would not hesitate to return to the property, albeit in cooler weather and book through Vacasa rather than VRBO. It would be an ideal place for friends and family or another couples retreat (maybe a little too large for 2 people).
