8ERTAR7 - Le Barcares - Rue Eric Tabarly-Face Sea very quiet area - Villa type T5 with private heated pool, equipped for 8 people, consisting of a main room kitchen living room with bays giving access to the terrace and swimming pool all plain foot.
the kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, with central island. You will find an annex with microwave, second fridge and washing machine. The living room with corner sofa and television.
Four master bedrooms with a double bed, fully equipped with shower room, WC. Superb terrace with garden furniture, plancha, private deckchair pool with direct access to the beach.
Optional additional services: the household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and to recover it with the handing-over of the keys (kit double bed: 11. 50 euros / kit single bed: 8. 50 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 7. 50 €).
End of stay cleaning option to request from the agency: 210 euros.
