With its soft colors, nautical theme, and gorgeous gulf-front position on the seventh floor of the Tidewater Beach Resort, this condo brings the beauty of Panama City Beach indoors. Enjoy a private balcony, attached bathrooms for each of the two bedrooms (the bunk area shares a bathroom with the common area), and fantastic resort amenities that include a private beach (with seasonal beach service), multiple pools, hot tubs, an arcade, and a beautifully equipped fitness center with a steam room and sauna.

Pier Park is only three-quarters of a mile down the road, allowing you to reach 124 stores, excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, a Dave & Buster's, and all sorts of other entertainment on foot. You'll also be three-quarters of a mile west of the Russell-Fields Pier, one mile west of Gulf World, and six miles west of the heart of Panama City Beach, which is home to Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, Cobra Adventure Park, and ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

No working elevators -- unprofessional security staff

The condo was beautiful, full three bedrooms with three full baths (cute bunk beds with their own bath), beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Most of the time, at least 80% of the time, the elevators were not working. If they did, there was at least a 30-minute wait. We stayed on the 7th floor and climbing up and wet down stairs with grandkids is dangerous and not something expected. Security almost busted down our door because of a false complaint of rock throwing with no other explanation or apology or follow-up, very unprofessional. We won't be returning.

Nice getaway

Location was wonderful. Walking distance to Pier Park. Unit could have been a little cleaner in some areas but overall it was okay. We bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned some before we put our stuff in. The master bathroom sink/ cabinets, are peeling away from the doors. Elevators are the same as they always have been….slow. You will wait a long time on them but there’s not a whole lot that can be done about it. We come every year and it’s always been that way. 7th floor is a perfect view. We always stay much higher and I’m thinking I’ll never go any higher than 7th floor again. Overall a great unit and a wonderful stay with everything you need. Thank you.

A Dream Vacation

Beautiful viewing! Everything clean & friendly people. It was very easy to find the property with the app. Everything was exactly as stated. The condo had a washer & dryer; very nice. Kitchen had extra cook wear. My Daughter loved the bunk area, it had a cute door, where she could have her privacy. All rooms had thier own bathroom. The property was close to all shopping, Pier Park, World Market & Sunsations.

Good, not great

Basically clean but the sofa bed mattress was filthy with multiple urine spots. Toilet in master suite was broken, but fixed the next day. Ice machine wasn’t working. Sliding door to balcony was extremely difficult to open. Very nice pools, arcade and movie theater. Very basic affordable accommodations, just not for us.

Tidewater

By far the worse vacation ever. Elevators didn’t work at all for two days had to climb several flights of stairs several times a day. Staff was rude and harassed about wristbands which didn’t work half the time to begin with. Our unit had several outlets that didn’t work and the stove had to be repaired twice, it would stop working in the middle of cooking a meal! Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning in the future.
