Amazing sunset and pond views from the upper and lower porches. The pond is a great place to watch many of the local birds feed in the evening. Parking for 2 maximum. Golf carts count as vehicles. Sorry, no pets allowed. Completely updated in 2016. Upper & lower porch with bay and pond views, private pool, private fenced area around pool.
