Agence Cocoonr offers you the Jad'Or, a coquettish duplex near the city center, located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift) and with a surface area of 36 m². Fully renovated in September 2019, it has a bedroom to easily accommodate 2 people. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this pretty cocoon! Features include a private parking space in the basement and a very good internet connection (fiber).

The flat is composed as follows:
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen (combi oven, fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and numerous kitchen utensils). You'll also find a dining table with four chairs for your meals.
- A living room, with a lovely sofa, flat-screen TV and excellent internet connection (fiber).

Then the staircase takes you upstairs:
- A bedroom, with quality bedding (double bed 160X200), a large dressing room and a small desk for working.
- A shower room with WC and large walk-in shower. For your convenience, a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board and iron are at your disposal.

Neighborhood:
Less than 5 minutes' walk from Place René Bouhier, you'll find a bakery, wine shop, florist and all the local shops you need. There's also a small supermarket open until 9:30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 1pm on Sundays.

Transportation :
Staying at the Jad'Or means you're just a few minutes from the city center.
- By car: underground parking is available (secure gate and numbered space). You'll be given your badge when you arrive. Parking dimensions (height 1.75m / width 3m / depth 4.80m).
- Bus line 11 takes you to the magnificent Place de l'Opéra Graslin, as well as to all other points of interest.
- Tramway: line 1, “gare maritime” stop, is just a 5-minute walk away, taking you to Place du Commerce and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne in less than 15 minutes.
- Station: only 5 tramway stations away

A real plus: the “gare maritime” stop also lets you take the river shuttle across the Loire to discover Trentemoult, an old fishing village known for its colorful houses, traditional bistros and crêperies.
