A grand luxury home with Gulf views and an elevator, guests will love the space and privacy this home allows. The first floor has one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (featuring twin and queen size beds) and a more deluxe suite with a king bed. On the second floor, there are two king bedrooms - one of these has a private bathroom, while the second's bathroom is connected to the common area. The third level features three rooms, each with king beds. Two of these have private bathrooms, and one shares the space with two sets of twin bed-sized bunk beds. The third bedroom also features a bunk nook with two queen beds. The balconies off two of the bedrooms are connected to the pool/lanai by an exterior spiral staircase, as well as the rooftop deck that stands encompassed in a panorama of the Gulf. The opulent kitchen features an oversized center island. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious living room delivers an optimally seated venue for entertainment and congregation. The expansive coastal outdoor entertainment area features a resort-style pool and spa, while the sense of a secluded tropical oasis is protected by a concrete-block privacy wall.

This home is situated steps from a deeded beach access point and the serenity of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy spending time at the beach and then head back to cool off in the backyard private pool. Several restaurants (such as The Whale's Tail) are located nearby, offering local seafood and other delicious menu items. Destin's Original Sea Blaster Tours, set nine miles away, offers local tours for guests looking to observe dolphins.
Things to know:
There are a four-person golf cart and four bikes available for guest use. Additional bikes can be rented at the guest's expense from La Dolce Vita.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two non-functioning cameras on the premises: one on the front porch aimed at the front door and one on the back patio facing the pool area.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
