*PARKING: Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. You will purchase your parking pass(es) at The Guard requires an information sheet be completed and turned in upon check-in. The information sheet will be attached in your arrival details sent by email 7-10 prior to your arrival date Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. This GROUND FLOOR unit is located in the Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club within Gulf Shores Plantation. Unit 5001 is the largest 2 bedroom unit in the Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club offering 1,118 sq. ft. and easy beach/ pool access!

The fully stocked Kitchen offers Granite counter tops with stainless appliances. The Dining Area offers seating for 6 at the large table. The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Recliner, & Easy Chair with a 42" Television. Another unique feature of this spacious unit is that it also offers a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer--perfect for keeping your beach gear clean and ready for the next day of making memories!
The Primary Suite offers King Bedding, 32" Television, and private bathroom. The Primary Bathroom offers an over-sized, standing shower, jacuzzi tub, Granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with linens.

The Guest Bedroom offers 2 Queen Beds and a 32" Television. The Guest Bathroom offers a tub/ shower combo, Granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

Amazing!

We’ve stayed at this property last year. We love it. It’s located right by the pool and grills. The Sassy bass is just next door!! Super close to the beach! Highly recommended!

Great location!

My family very much enjoyed our stay. We fit 7 very comfortably in the condo! Close walk to the beach and pool. If I had to think of a con it would be just the amount of foot traffic by the patio if you are sitting out there. With the restaurant and boardwalk right there.. but it was not that bad.

Great Unit

We've stayed at the Plantations many times in the past usually at different units. This was our first visit at this unit. Superb location, large refrigerator, in-unit washer/dryer, comfortable mattresses, and a large patio to sit outside made this our favorite unit. On our third day, the garbage disposal died. Within two hours of contacting the management company, it was flawlessly replaced. Don't look past this unit for your next vacation.
