Most bang for your buck! Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, located on the second floor is perfect for your party of six or less. The master suite comes with a luxurious king bed and private bathroom. The guest suite has a queen bed with a private bathroom as well. You'll find a pullout bed in the living room couch to sleep up to two additional guests.

This is a dog friendly establishment! Enjoy your relaxing stay by starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on our private patio. You can even choose between the open patio, just off the master suite or covered patio just off the living room to take in the gorgeous views of Lake Taneycomo, famous for its Trout fishing. When you're finished, spend the day on any of the many local golf courses, Point Royale is practically within walking distance! Take a trip back to the 1880’s at Silver Dollar City (just 15 minutes away) where this world famous park has plenty of thrilling rides, shows, and delicious food for the whole family! You could enjoy White Water, rent a boat or a jet ski from State Park Marina (just 5 minutes away) to cruise Table Rock Lake, or even go parasailing! Not interested in boating? Head on over to Moonshine Beach for some fun in the sand and swimming in Table Rock Lake. We’re also just two-and-a-half miles from the Branson "strip'"(Highway 76) and just minutes to all other major Branson attractions, wineries, restaurants, award winning shows, shops and more.
We’re so close to everything, yet just off the beaten path to avoid heavy traffic.

KITCHEN
This beautiful kitchen has everything you need for your stay. From appliances (a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker), cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic condiments, you have everything you need to cook at home, if you choose. We even have a George Forman on the patio, which allows you to grill while watching the boats stroll by. But keep in mind that Branson is home to many wonderful restaurants. Highchair is available and mounted to the dining table.

BEDROOMS
Each of our beds has an immaculate setup that's laundered before each guest arrives. You can rest in style and know that your bedding is as clean as it is at home! There is a TV located in the master bedroom as well.
Master bedroom closet contains a Pack-n-Play for your tiny travelers.
**Couch in the living room is a pull out for extra sleeping space, if needed.

BATHROOMS
There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. There are plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay.

WASHER/DRYER
A stackable washer and dryer set is available, so you can do laundry during your trip.
2 loads of laundry soap/dryer sheets are available with each stay.

CONDO EXTRAS
This condo has a flat screen Smart TV with high speed Internet. When you’re looking for a little downtime, we have a deck of cards, UNO, a puzzle, and a couple of games available.

FANTASTIC

We have stayed numerous times and have decided to make this our "to-go" place to stay in Branson. It's designed beautifully and always so very clean. Nothing beats drinking your morning coffee while sitting on that balcony looking out at the water!! Any time we have had any issues, the hosts are wonderful about immediately getting back with you to answer any questions. FIVE STARS!!!

Quiet and beautiful location

Beautiful and quiet setting on the water with a large deck, half of it is covered. Both the living room and master BR enter onto the deck. Vaulted ceiling in MB is nice. Living room TV is very small and chairs could have been nicer. Bathrooms are updated and the floorings new. kitchen is very small but adequately stocked.

Overall a great stay

I seriously loved the location of this condo. It's really in the perfect spot that's not too far away from everything Branson has to offer. It's also on the water that happens to be full of world class trout! I forgoty pole and was super bummed lol there were many boats out fishing and it was a super peaceful to sit out on the deck and watch them fish. The condo itself is updated and is pretty nice! With 3 teens sons, 2 adults and a kindergartener, this space was probably not the best choice, as I under estimated the sleeping arrangement for us all. I'm a dude.., what can I say 😬 but we actually brought one of our air mattress systems along and it ended up working out comfortably. There are a couple super minor things I would recommend the owners to consider addressing. The first is the front door lock system. The batteries are low so it wouldn't lock every time we pressed the lock button when leaving. I had to push it a few times before it would finally lock. Next is that door itself. It doesn't latch securely. It's very loose in the strike plate of the jamb. Which concerned me as I brought along a rather expensive guitar with me and left it in the condo while we toured the cities attractions. Other than that, the place is great. We would love to stay here again next time!

My family and I purchased this adorable condo early 2020. We are thrilled to share our love of the lake with you. Our 5 year old son, Keaton, loves to play soccer in the yard behind the condo. There's plenty of room for yard games, so bring your football. Having a small baby has allowed us to accommodate your tiny travelers. So hopefully you will find everything you need. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us. We want to make sure you have the best stay possible!

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo as a fixer upper and enjoyed remodeling it from head to toe. Our goal was to make it the nicest unit in the area with the best view. We hope you enjoy the updated features and modern farmhouse design. My wife had way too much fun decorating this condo during quarantine. I made the mistake of not giving her a budget ;)....so enjoy!

What makes this property unique

Our unit is unique due to its single story floor plan and tall ceilings in the master bedroom. We also have two patios, one open and one covered which gives our guests the best of both worlds. There's no unit above the master bedroom, so you'll be assured to have a peaceful night of sleep.
