Modern and cosy 2 bedroom flat with A/C, living-dining room with A/C, terrace, balcony, 1 bathroom with big shower and utility room with washing machine.
Only a few minutes from the beach (2 min.), enjoy fantastic views from the terrace to the mountains and the bay of Cala San Vicente.
Modern and elegantly furnished, the flat has a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers in "Menorcan" style.
The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a balcony with views of the mountains (Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site).
The second bedroom has two single beds and its own air conditioning.
The kitchen is very well equipped (kitchenware, microwave, oven, dishwasher...) and has a countertop (bar) open to the dining room.

Tout était parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le jolie appartement de May. C'était très propre et la cuisine est très bien équipée. La communication avec May a été très fluide et elle a rapidement répondu à nos questions. Le double balcon est très appréciable pour profiter du soleil le matin et le soir. Le calme de Cala San Vicenc nous a charmé, d'autant plus en hors saison ! PS : Seuls petits points d'amélioration éventuels, le matelas est un peu mou et l'éclairage un peu vif dans le salon pour le soir (lumière blanche)

l' appartement très bien situé permet de profiter de vacances avec la culture et la nature.Tout le nécessaire est dans l ' appartement qui est très propre et décoré avec gout. MAY est une hotesse attentive , à l' écoute des besoins des gens .Elle nous a accueillis avec attention et délicatesse .Je conseille très vivement de louer dans ce magnifique appartement situé dans une belle crique tranquille. 50 year’s wedding anniversary vacation

When we arrived it looked exactly as the photos show May our host was fantastic such a gentle kind person and really helpful The apartment was clean spacious and trendy and very peaceful to stay. The area was delightful so calming the beaches were very tranquil would certainly go again and would highly recommend Thank you May for allowing us to stay in your stunning apartment

Beautiful, peaceful place to stay. May was an amazing host. Everything was so easy and the ease of check in made for a great start to our trip. The apartment was exactly as listed, very clean. Would highly recommend!!

Cala San Vicente has been and is a place of inspiration for many artists, musicians, painters for many decades.
The area is very quiet, just a few meters you can enjoy a tour of the mountain Blaques Coves or enjoy a walk to the Pollensa port Cavall Bernat mountain.
And if you prefer one is relaxing, just minutes from the beach of Cala Barques and Cala Molins.
Beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy the seafood, fresh fish, lobster, paellas and typical dishes of Mallorca.
