• No Animals and No Smoking allowed inside our property. Smoking on the decks, but do not throw butts off the decks, driveway, or woods. Containers are provided.
•Maximum Occupancy = 4 persons including adults and children (infants under 6 mos not included at time of booking).

You can't beat the location. Black Bear Falls is only minutes to Gatlinburg.

The cabin is in the luxurious, popular community of Black Bear Falls and is located only 3 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. The paved roads are easily reachable from the downtown Gatlinburg Parkway, no matter the weather outdoors!
The resort features a outdoor pool, surrounded by log railings. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Lazy Bear creek

What a wonderful cozy little cabin. We enjoyed all the little bear touches scattered throughout the entire cabin. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch. Beds were super comfortable and there is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Easy drive into Gatlinburg and a short trip to the nearest grocery store. It was also nice to do a little laundry before leaving. Communication with the property owner was easy and she was helpful and responsive. It definitely enriched our summer vacation.

Perfect Cabin, Perfect Location

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I've ever stayed at. The decor was charming and nothing was lacking for amenities. It was easy to get to and very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We couldn't wait to get back to it every night after our activities! Kaye was a super sweet host as well. Wonderful memories from this trip!

Family Gatlinburg Trip

Lazy Bear cabin was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Gatlinburg. The property is as advertised and the neighborhood perks with the pool was a complete hit with the kids. The host was great and communication was outstanding. This was one of the most clean cabins I have ever stayed in and it had everything you need. We loved the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg as well as the National Park. Would high recommend staying here if you have a family of 4 and are looking for a great wekeend in Gatlinburg.

Excellent location

This was the perfect cabin for our first trip to Gatlinburg! Everything was as described, and the cabin was extremely clean! The location is excellent, and the host was wonderful! We will definitely book with Kaye in the future!

My name is Kaye and my husband is Bob. We live in Texas on a ranch where I raise quarter horses and take care of the ranch (ex Continental flight attendant). My husband is a dentist but his first love is playing on his tractor or bulldozer and gazing at his herd of longhorn cattle.

Why they chose this property

Living in Texas we have 2 seasons: hot and hotter. I love the four seasons of Tennessee, I love nature, I love the mountains, and I love the people. After 2 months in Texas I start getting this calling in my heart and I know that it is time to make that trip back to the mountains.
A great location and we love the fact that we can fly in or drive in from Knoxville and take the back country roads to miss the tourist traffic on the Parkway.

What makes this property unique

If you want privacy, comfort and a convenient location but the safe feeling of a small, well manicured resort, then Lazy Bear Creek is perfect for you. The kitchen well equipped for making meals at the cabin, the WIFI for watching movies, the spacious bedrooms for a good night's sleep, the sound of the creek while relaxing in the hot tub. It's so relaxing and peaceful. You have it all right here!
