Located in a quiet residential neighborhood right outside of Paris.

There is a kitchenette equipped, with an electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and other utilities for your usage.
There is a comfortable sofaBed and a flat-screen tv where you can relax after a day in the city.
The bedroom has twin beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Please take note that there are some renovation in the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 4th), so there might be some occasional noises throughout the period of april/june.

NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.

The accommodation is ideally located 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by public transport from Porte de Versailles (Salon des Expositions).

The accommodation is accessible 24 hours a day thanks to an electronic lock. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

The overall experience with our stay was outstanding! Location: The apartment is located in zone 2 of Paris, very close to public transport and Auchan supermarket (5-7 minutes walk). It was very easy for us to reach out to public transport and Auchan. Area where the apartment is located is quiet, safe and clean (compared to zone 1 Paris). Apartment: A big plus is how safe it is to live in that apartment, because there are several security levels that someone authorized with the right codes can pass. We found a clean apartment equipped with everything that was described and the pictures are in accordance with reality. Host: An extraordinary host who communicated with us before arriving, during and after we finished our stay. Before our arrival it has been communicated to us very clearly how to arrive and the necessary means to enter the apartment. At our request the host recommended us restaurants and markets. Even more they provided us extra quilts. We recommend staying at the apartment and definitely will come back.
